1. Who we are
Minos is operated by Thana Consulting. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use Minos at minos.thanaconsulting.org.
2. Data we collect
We collect account details, subscription status, monitoring configuration, assistant and product usage signals, digest delivery addresses, community contribution content, moderation metadata, and operational logs. Passwords are stored as hashes. Paddle processes payment details directly; Minos does not store card numbers.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide Minos, manage subscriptions, send requested alerts and digests, protect the service, moderate community submissions, diagnose issues, and improve the product.
4. Community submissions and location
Community Intelligence may collect submitted operator experience, operator requests, declared country or region, coarse network-country headers when available, user-agent metadata, and moderation decisions. We use this data to assess plausibility, reduce spam, moderate content, and produce aggregate community signals. Minos does not require precise location for community submissions.
5. Processors
We use infrastructure and service providers including Google Cloud, Paddle, Resend, and AI model providers used for product features. We do not sell personal data.
6. AI assistant and memory
Assistant interactions may be processed to answer your questions and, when enabled, to maintain subscriber-specific memory. Subscriber memory is scoped to the subscriber account and is not shared with other subscribers.
7. Retention
We retain account and subscription records while your account is active or as required for business, security, and legal purposes. Community moderation records may be retained to protect the service and preserve audit history. Operational logs are retained for a limited period. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, subject to applicable law and necessary service records.
