Refund Policy

1. Billing provider
Minos subscriptions are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle may appear on invoices, checkout pages, and payment statements.
2. Trial and cancellation
If a trial is offered, access and billing follow the terms shown at Paddle checkout. You may cancel a subscription before renewal through the Minos account page when a Paddle subscription is linked, or by contacting support.
3. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally consider refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, inability to access the service caused by Minos, or requests made shortly after the initial payment.
4. Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, unless required by law or where a billing error occurred. Cancelling prevents future renewal charges.
5. How to request a refund
Contact support@thanaconsulting.org with the account email, Paddle receipt or transaction reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method by Paddle.
