1. Service
Minos is a telecom market intelligence service operated by Thana Consulting. It provides mobile operator comparison, monitoring, regulatory watch visibility, strategic assessments, and AI-assisted analysis based on public-source data and subscriber-configured monitoring.
2. Account access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your sign-in credentials. You may not share access outside your organisation without written permission from Thana Consulting.
3. Subscription and billing
Paid access is billed through Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. By starting a subscription or trial, you authorise Paddle to collect payment details and charge the applicable subscription fee after any trial period or on renewal. You can manage or cancel billing through the Minos account page when a Paddle subscription is linked.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Minos for professional market research and telecom intelligence. You may not resell Minos data, scrape the service, bypass access controls, overload the platform, or use Minos for unlawful purposes.
5. Data and accuracy
Minos uses public sources, monitoring signals, and model-generated synthesis. We work to keep information accurate and transparent, but Minos is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for investment, regulatory, legal, or commercial decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The Minos application, compiled datasets, summaries, assessments, and product design are owned by Thana Consulting or its licensors. Original public-source materials remain owned by their respective publishers.
7. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues according to your billing status and applicable Paddle subscription period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or security risk.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thana Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Minos. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for Minos in the three months before the claim.
